Our customers can request an 'enduring support package' that aims to extend equipment life, increase reliability and availability, and sustain or even improve operational performance. Like our product range, our support services can be customised to any level to meet your individual requirements, including:

Technical support

All products are supported by our team of highly qualified and experienced technical support engineers; providing peace of mind on repairs, preventative maintenance, installation and equipment trials support.

Tailored and dedicated (24/7) Technical support can be provided - please contact us for quotations on Enduring Support Packages. Our baseline service is provided Monday to Friday between 09.00hrs and 17.00hrs GMT excluding bank and other public holidays in the UK.

Full Documentation & Training

If required CommsAudit can provide in-house (UK) or on-site training for our equipment. Additionally, further support can be provided via technical publications, handbooks, controlled documentation and a detailed drawings.

Warranty

Enquiries

All equipment supplied by CommsAudit is covered by a standard 12 month limited warranty; except for damage caused by accident or misuse, and provided the equipment is returned for repair to the factory in Cheltenham UK. There is a further option for an extended warranty for years 2, 3 and 5. Additional support beyond this period is by either Support Contract or by repair through PDS contract. All warranty repairs are undertaken on a return to factory basis unless a maintenance contract is entered into at the time of purchase.
