All equipment supplied by CommsAudit is covered by a standard 12 month limited warranty; except for damage caused by accident or misuse, and provided the equipment is returned for repair to the factory in Cheltenham UK.
There is a further option for an extended warranty for years 2, 3 and 5. Additional support beyond this period is by either Support Contract or by repair through PDS contract.
All warranty repairs are undertaken on a return to factory basis unless a maintenance contract is entered into at the time of purchase.
