Project Management

Project Management As part of normal project implementation, CommsAudit provide a Project Manager to work with a nominated member of your organisation. When appropriate the Project Manager will document a Project Plan, detailing critical path analysis and key milestone dates to ensure a smooth introduction of your new system.

Project Managers use both experience and computerised techniques to establish and maintain project control. Where required, regular Project meetings will be held to review progress, brief personnel, and resolve any outstanding issues concerning the installation.

CommsAudit recognise that during various stages of the project there may be requests for system changes. As and when these changes occur, the Project Manager will assess any impact on the project schedule and report back to the customer with the recommended approach using the established change control procedure. Once the customer has agreed the changes a new project schedule is issued.

Listed below are some of the stages of the project implementation that the Project Manager would be involved with:

  • Determination of project objectives.

  • Environmental requirements.

  • Co-ordination of events, personnel, equipment and materials.

  • Progress against schedule.

  • Where required reports will be produced during the project to show current status.

These reports include:

  • Activity detail.

  • Activity responsibilities.

  • Activity progress against schedule.

Typical Commsaudit projects include HF / VHF Receiver systems, Multicouplers, Antenna Switch matrix systems, Receivers and HF Tuner Digitisers .
